Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for using EF Mastery. No traps, no maze — just what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.
Last updated: 24 July 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Tink It! Education (“EF Mastery”, “we”, “us”) when you use this website, the free assessment, or any of our courses. By using them, you agree to what's below. Please read section 3 especially closely.
1. Agreement
By accessing this site or enrolling in a course, you confirm you're at least 18 and able to enter this agreement, and that the information you give us is accurate. If you're using EF Mastery on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
2. What the courses are (and aren't)
EF Mastery provides educational courses, tools and resources that help parents and educators understand and build children's executive-function skills. They are teaching materials and practical strategies — not a clinical service, assessment or treatment.
3. Education, not medical advice
Using EF Mastery does not create a clinical, therapeutic or practitioner–client relationship. If you have concerns about your child's development, behaviour or health, please consult a licensed professional. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
4. Enrolment, pricing & payment
- Course prices are shown on the enrolment pages and are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is handled by our secure third-party payment provider at checkout.
- We may change prices, bundles or promotions at any time; the price you pay is the one shown at the moment you enrol.
- Access is granted to you once payment is confirmed.
5. Your access & licence
When you enrol, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the course content for your own use as a parent or educator. You may use the strategies with the children in your care and, for educators, within your own classroom. You may not share your login, resell, redistribute, or publicly repost the materials.
6. Refunds & our guarantee
We stand behind the courses with a money-back guarantee: take a course, genuinely apply the strategies with your child, and if you see no value, contact us to request a refund within the guarantee window shown on the enrolment page. We'd rather refund you than have you resent us. To request one, email hello@efmastery.com.
7. Intellectual property
All course videos, text, worksheets, illustrations, the “Second Story Method” framework, and the EF Mastery brand are the intellectual property of Tink It! Education and its founder, and are protected by law. Your licence in section 5 does not transfer any ownership to you.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, record, resell or redistribute any part of the courses.
- Share your account or access with anyone outside your household or authorised classroom.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Use the materials in any unlawful way or to harm others.
We may suspend or end access that breaches these terms.
9. Results & testimonials
Executive-function skills grow with consistent practice, and every child is different. We share real strategies and real reviews, but we can't and don't guarantee specific outcomes or timelines. Testimonials reflect individual experiences, not a promise of your results.
10. Third-party links & tools
Our site and courses may link to third-party websites, tools or payment services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tink It! Education is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or courses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the course giving rise to it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives here, with the “last updated” date above. Continuing to use EF Mastery after a change means you accept the updated terms.
14. Contact us
Questions about these terms? Email hello@efmastery.com or use the contact page. See also our Privacy Policy.
