Tonight, in thousands of homes

Six battles you never signed up for.

If at least three of these feel like hidden cameras in your house, keep reading.

🔁The 47th reminderYou've said “start your homework” so many times tonight you could say it in your sleep. Sometimes you do.
🏗️The Lego cityYou've explained why homework matters 400 times. Meanwhile, the Lego city on his floor has better urban planning than most townships. He CAN focus — just never on the thing that's due tomorrow.
🌪️Nothing sticksReward charts, screen bans, that app everyone recommended. Each one worked for exactly nine days.
🏫“He's a smart boy, but…”Every parent-teacher meeting starts the same way. You brace for the “but” before you've sat down.
🗣️Everyone has a diagnosis“He just needs more discipline.” Thank you, Uncle. Very helpful. Generic advice — Western or otherwise — keeps missing what's actually happening.
💔The 10pm guiltThe house is finally quiet, and you replay the shouting. You love this child more than anything. So why does every evening end like this?
فِطْرَة

Here's the truth no one told you: it was never laziness.

Every battle above is an executive-function problem — the brain's control tower that runs starting, focusing, remembering, organising and calming down. In some children, some of those systems are simply still being built. Punishing a child for weak working memory works exactly as well as punishing them for their shoe size.

We call our approach The Second Story Method: first you learn to read what's really happening inside your child's head — the second story behind the behaviour — then you build the missing skill with strategies proven by neuroscience and grounded in the Islamic understanding of the child: born upon the fitrah, wired for goodness, entrusted to us to nurture with sabr and rahmah.

Not broken. Not lazy. Under construction — and you can build with them.

Questions parents actually ask

Everything else — answered straight.

Will this work for my child's age?
The strategies are built for school-age children (roughly 5–16), and every course shows you how to adapt each tool by age and stage. You're learning to read and build your child's executive function — that skill doesn't expire.
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis first?
No. EF Mastery helps any child who struggles to start, focus, organise or regulate — diagnosed, undiagnosed, or “we suspect but the waitlist is eight months.” It's education, not medical treatment, and it pairs well with professional care.
We've already seen a psychologist. Is this redundant?
An assessment tells you what's happening. EF Mastery is the part that usually comes after the report: what to actually do at home, every evening. Parents use it alongside professional support, not instead of it.
How much time does it take?
Lessons are short — most fit inside one school pickup queue. You watch one, use one script the same evening, and that's a week's progress. There is no homework for you. You have enough people giving you homework.
Is the Islamic content heavy?
It's woven in, not bolted on — fitrah, sabr and rahmah frame the science with care and respect. Non-Muslim parents and educators take the courses too and simply take the strategies.
My spouse isn't convinced.
Start with Course 01 together — it's just $7, it's short, and it explains your child's brain better than a forwarded article ever will. Most sceptical spouses stop being sceptical around the working-memory part.
What if my child refuses to participate?
The first strategies are parent-side — how you give instructions, structure tasks and respond to storms. Your child doesn't have to “join a programme.” They just start experiencing a home that works with their wiring instead of against it.
Is it in English?
Yes — plain, jargon-free English. If language is a barrier for anyone in your family, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you figure out the best path.
What if it doesn't work for us?
Every purchase is covered by our money-back guarantee — see the gold box above. We'd rather refund you than have you resent us. Ask us anything on WhatsApp before you buy.
How long do I keep access?
Access doesn't expire on a subscription clock — revisit the courses as your child grows into new stages (and new plot twists). Details are on the enrolment page.
I'm a teacher, not a parent — is this for me?
Yes. A big share of our 500+ graduates are educators, and every course includes classroom translations. There's also a dedicated pathway — see the For Educators page.
